• Beauty Encounter, Inc. reserves the right to retract the E-Gift Certificate claim code if an order is deemed to be fraudulent.
• E-Gift Certificates cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, except in states where required by law.
• Treat your E-Gift Certificates like cash. Beauty Encounter, Inc. and its affiliates are not liable to replace or refund if lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
