Eye Masks to the Rescue!
Our eyes move more than 100,000 times a day and do so much for us. Often, we neglect our peepers without even realizing it, by exposing them to smoky environments or by not removing makeup before bedtime. The skin around our eyes is extremely delicate and should be treated with the utmost care.
It is common to have tired, fatigued and sore eyes after a day spent in front of a computer screen or reading small print. The other enemy is under eye puffiness. This is usually due to swelling; possibly caused by crying, fluid retention or allergies. Even dehydration can cause puffy eyes, because the body starts to store water.
