So sorry that this item has gotten so costly. I used to buy it Blythe case for use in my guest/Personal lavatory. The formula has changed a bit, adding mint fragrance. I prefer the old, familiar fragrance which was my "signature".

I use Almay Toner 2 in the morning and evening before bed to wipe away impurities on my face and neck before applying make up or retiring for bed. It does not dry my skin but does take away excess oil around my nose and chin area. It is an excellent combination toner.
