Finding Item On Website
|

To find an item on our site, simply type in the name of the item that you're looking
for in the Search box located at the top of every page.
Search by brand – Click on Shop by Brand to shop all
items within a brand.
Search by category/department – Shop by category or department by clicking on any
dropdown tab menu at the top navigation bar. You can further narrow down your selection
by using the filters on the left and below but keep in mind that the results will
be fewer as you select more options.

How To Place an Order

To purchase an item online, simply click the "add to bag" button below the item.
When you are finished adding all desired items to your order click the "shopping
bag” button located on the top right corner of every page. Make any necessary adjustments
to your order. Proceed to our one-page checkout by clicking on the “checkout” button.
To ensure prompt order processing, please fill out ALL required information. To
finalize the order, click the “submit order” button. An order confirmation will
be given to you and we recommend you print this page for your records. Please note
that your billing address MUST match the billing address for your credit card. Orders
without valid address verification may be delayed for further verification. We reserve
the right to cancel any order that does not meet bank verification standards.

When We Charge Your Credit Card
Your account is charged when your order is processed and verification of billing
address has been confirmed. All in-stock items will be charged to the credit card
type you used at the time you place your order.
What happens if there is an overpayment?
Any overpayments up to five dollars ($5.00) will be applied to your BE account for future purchases. Please log into your My BE Account with the email address used to place your WU Pay order to view any available balances. Please contact Customer Care at 1-888-844-7730 to apply overage amounts.

Sales Tax

BeautyEncounter.com is a California-based company. State law requires us to collect
local and county sales tax on all orders shipped within California. All orders outside
of California are exempt from sales tax. If you are ordering outside of California
and sales tax appears on your order, please change the "Shipping" destination on
the shopping cart before you submit your order.

off a product's retail or list prices. Our low price guarantee means that we will
price match our competitor's prices pending it meets the following requirements:
• Item is in stock.
• Item is exact product offered.
• Item is not a clearance or advertised special.
• Item is not discontinued.
Instructions for price matching:
When submitting your order, include in the comment section at the check out the
competing website's URL for the product(s) being price matched. Final costs including
the competitor's shipping charges must be accounted when price matching the offer.
We regret that we cannot price match offers you submit after placing your order
with us.
Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to modify this program at any time without
prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse any product or limit quantities. We
can only price match one competitor. We do not extend this policy to multiple competitors
for one purchase. Our special offers including gift with purchase or free shipping

Gift wrapping is available for additional $3.00 per item. At order checkout, select
“Make it a gift” to gift wrap an item individually or “Gift wrap all items” to gift
wrap all items in your order. Our gift packaging options include: gift-wrap paper
with satin ribbon or our Beauty Encounter branded box with satin ribbon. Please
note that gift boxes may not be available for some items due to size, in which case
your gift will be hand wrapped and tied with a satin ribbon. A gift card option
is also available for personalization with your own desired message.
