     Review of Prestige Soft Blend Khol Eyeliner

    Comments about Prestige Soft Blend Khol Eyeliner, SEL-01 Chamomile:

    This eyeliner applies easily without pulling, offers great control and will hold a line or smudge with a sponge or with shadow if you like a smoky eye. The chamomile color is great with hazel eyes. It lasts all day. The only thing I don't like is that it uses up quickly, especially if you sharpen the pencil every day, but that is most likely a result of the soft pencil/easy application feature. And it doesn't cost much, so in comparison with beauty counter brands that don't work as well, I still feel I come out ahead. I use the spiced color, too. Really enhances brown/hazel eyes.
