If using an eye pencil, sharpen for optimal use. For both an eye pencil and liquid eye liner, close eyelid and slightly pull eye outward. Begin lining at base of the inner eye and follow to the outer eyelid, keeping the liner as close to the eyelashes as possible.

    I bought the Smokey Green and it is a beautiful natural green with a light shimmer of bronze and grey! It looks beautiful on my hazel eyes! It is so easy to apply and with its twist up pencil I don't need to worry about the hassle of sharpening! It glides very smoothly and evenly and stayed in place even after several hours in a pool! It washed off quite easily with my regular eye make up remover! It is also very precise in the line that you are drawing. I can draw a thick or thin line with ease! I will be purchasing this pencil in other colors now that I know how wonderful it is! I have used other pencils that cost me more than triple the price and have not been as satisfied! Great Product! Wonderful Price!
