    I found the scent a little too strong and overpowering. I use Lolita Lempicka and I decided to go with something different but it does not go well with my body chemistry. Best way to describe it for me is; strong older women scent, with a synthetic feel.

    I totally agree w/Henry from Lexington, KY! But I fell in love at 1st smell! lol! Seriously, it blew me away! I almost cried (weird, I know). Anyway, I bought it immediately. Even when I didn't wear it, I constantly took the top off to get a faint smell. It's so strange for a fragrance to have such an effect that I can't even describe - peace? calm? happiness? heaven? And I got the most compliments wearing it. I wouldn't describe it as manly, but a man could definitely wear this one (probably b/c of the patchouli & musk notes?) but it's very feminine, too! SJP might should've released this as a unisex scent but it's just too Lovely. :) ...Henry, not to be nosy or presumptuous, but are you male? No worries, I'm considering stealing my husband's Armani mens Acqua di Gio! :)

    I SAMPLED LOVELY MANY YEARS AGO, AND IT DID NOT MOVE ME. I HAVE OBVIOUSLY FELL IN LOVE WITH IT, AS IF IT WAS THE FIRST TIME. I AM NOW ON MY 3RD BOTTLE! I AM SO EXCITED TO HAVE FOUND IT FOR SUCH A GREAT PRICE.YOU DONT OFTEN FIND A FRAGRANCE THAT IS SO PURRFECT!I WEAR LOVELY MORE THAN ANY OTHER FRAGRANCE!I AM MOODY DUE TO HORMONES, BUT LOVELY HAS NOT BEEN A PROBLEM AT ALL. IT IS SPECIAL TO MY HEART.IT IS AS IF I FOUND A SORT OF PEACE WHEN I WEAR IT. I THANK ALL THAT HAD A HAND IN MAKING THIS FRAGRANCE POSSIBLE!
