Make sure hands are clean and dry before applying. Treatment is concentrate so use sparingly. Apply a small drop to the back of one hand. Using the back of your other hand (not the palm), rub in the cream until it is completely absorbed into the back and knuckles of both hands. Do not exceed 3 application within a 24 hour period.
