    I used this product religiously and agree with the postiive feedback that I could use it all over my hair, roots to tips, and my hair withstood dry winter conditions. Now they have changed the formula and it's like they forgot an ingredient. Still the same pleasant fragrance, like strained pears baby food, but none of the conditioning attributes. I'm so disappointed now. I took my tube back because I thought it was defective, and was told they changed their formula. Never again. Too expensive to mess with a good thing. Shouldn't have done it.

    I was the foremost advocate for this product ,which I used on my fine hair in Montana's dry air, until they changed their formula in 2012. No notice on the package and when I used the new formula it went into my hair like dirt, no distribution, no effective conditioning on my hair. When a woman spends $26.00 on a hair product, it's because she really likes it. Bumble and Bumble seems to be a good name for this company, although I would change it to Dumble and Dumble to match their new formula for Deeep.

    I will use the product daily, esp. in winter, & as recommended on the package. sometimes I wrap my head in plastic and leave it in for an hour. My hair has a whole new body and life when I use deeeep. It rinses out nicely, is not heavy, and flyway or static is not present when I use this product. It's not like any cream rinse or conditioner I've ever used that will silken the hair to flat and static is still a problem after use. B&B Deeep gives me amazing results and a little goes a long way. A dab the size of a nickle will condition my bobbed chin lenth hair and I use it all over my head. Not afraid to put it on roots because it does not flatten hair, period, and the fragrance is reminisent of gerber's strained pears that I fed my son. Really pleasant. Highly recommended for fine limp hair. You will be hooked. It is more than I've ever paid for a conditioner, but it lasts a long time, and the results are worth it to me until I find another at a better price. I keep looking...
