Using a cotton pad, press down on dispenser until pad is moistened with product. Gently sweep cotton pad across entire face, concentrating on the eye and lip areas until all traces of make up are removed; rinse face thoroughly with lukewarm water. Moisten a fresh cotton pad with water and wipe dispenser clean after each use.

    I wear waterproof mascara and revlon colorstay lipstick. This is the only item I have found that will remove my makeup gently, not leaving behind an oily or greasy feel. It says you can use with a cotton ball but I just use my fingers and put on. Do a couple of circle motions gently and wipe off with Wash cloth. Have used Kleenex before also. Worked just as well. I then use my regular cleaning product to wash my face. This is a hard product to find. So far I have only found it at Rite-Aid. You will love it! :)
