Max Azria, one of the hottest names in the fashion industry, is the Founder, Designer, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the BCBG Max Azria brand. His start for success began in 1981, after 11 years of designing women's clothing in Paris, where he moved to the United States and launched Jess; Jess was made up of a series of new concept retail boutiques offering French fashion to American women. After the success of Jess, he launched BCBG Max Azria in 1989, where he offered high quality clothing at contemporary price points. He launched his first collection on the runway in New York City's Fall Fashion Week, where he received rave reviews. He continued to build his brand and eventually launched the new Max Azria Collection, an exclusive collection that was more sophisticated and luxurious in fabrication. He continues to build his fashion empire with success.
