e-Gift Certificates are sent via email to the recipient within 48 hours of purchase date and upon successful credit verification.
Beauty Encounter, Inc. reserves the right to retract the e-Gift Certificate claim code if an order is deemed to be fraudulent.
e-Gift Certificates cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, except in states where required by law.
Treat your e-Gift Certificates like cash. Beauty Encounter, Inc. and its affiliates are not liable to replace or refund if lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission. The risk of loss and title for e-Gift Certificates pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the purchaser, recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.
