| We partner with multiple shipping carriers including UPS, US Postal
Service, and DHL for your convenience. If you have any special shipping
requirements or instructions, please note this in the comment section at
checkout. Please refer to our shipping table below for delivery
charges and transit times. Orders shipped via Standard method will be
shipped via the US Postal Service or UPS. Orders shipped to a P.O.
Box will be delivered by US Postal Service. We cannot ship 2nd
Day Air or Next Day Air to a P.O. Box address. |

Standard shipping is FREE for orders $100 or more shipped within the domestic US 48 states. All
shipments will require 24-48 hours for processing time. Expedited
Delivery service is available for an additional fee for in-stock items
only. Orders must be placed by 1:00 P.M. Pacific Time, Monday - Friday.
Please note that Expedited delivery will arrive on business days only.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable for unclaimed, undeliverable or
returned packages, unless the mistake was the result of our error.
• Return shipping charges may apply for refused or unclaimed packages.
• A signature may be required upon delivery.
• Saturday Delivery (where available) is available for an additional $10
charge to Next Day Air shipping rates. Please visit www.ups.com or call
UPS Toll Free 800-742-5877 to check availability. Contact us to arrange
for this service.
• Holiday Ordering - We highly suggest that you place your order at
least 7-10 days before any major holiday to allow enough time for
delivery.
• Our warehouse does not process orders on weekends or Holidays.
Therefore, if you place an order after 1:00 P.M. Pacific Time on a Friday,
you may experience a delay between your order shipped confirmation email
and the actual shipment of your order.
• Orders shipped via Next Day Air are delivered Monday through Friday
only.
• International shipments will be shipped via USPS or UPS depending on
the type of the products ordered. |

| International Shipments |

We ship to more than 30 international destinations via worldwide.
Our preferred carriers are UPS and the US Postal Service. Orders shipped
to Canada will arrive by UPS if it contains perfumery products or
alcohol-related items. Once the package reaches your country it will be
processed and handled by the foreign Customs for appropriate clearance.
Your package will be delivered by the partnering local Post Office or
UPS.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. We
recommend that you contact your local customs office to request the
details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any shipments from
BeautyEncounter.com, you are responsible for the original shipping costs
to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on
the package, and the cost of returning the package to
BeautyEncounter.com. This amount will be subtracted from your
merchandise refund. BeautyEncounter.com has made every effort to
minimize the shipping costs and does not profit from these rates. We are
required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and

| Dangerous Goods |
| |
| Perfumery products and alcohol-related items are classified as
"dangerous goods". Due to international postal regulations, we are
unable to ship these products by Standard Airmail. If you order contains
these products, please select International Expedited shipping method.
We will use UPS to ship your package. Your package will be
cleared and delivered by DHL. |

| Military APO/FPO and U.S. Territories |
| |
| We ship to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses and U.S. Territories. We
ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail to APO/FPO U.S. Military
addresses and U.S. Territories. We are not able to ship Expedited
service to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses. Due to world events
impacting the United States and other countries, shipments to certain
military addresses may be delayed for up to 8 weeks. |

| Oversized Packages and Special Circumstances |
| |
| Please be aware that additional special handling charges may be
applied for oversized packages, remote location delivery or high-value
orders. We will contact you if your order qualifies for any of the
above, and inform you the amount of additional payment that is required.
You will be given the option to make payment or cancel your order. |

| Return/Exchange Policy |
| |
- All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
- All items must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging
- An RMA number must be requested from customer service and
included with the returned package (packages without an RMA number
will be returned to the sender; please see "How do I return a
package?")
* Please note that a 15% restocking fee and S&H will be assessed to
all returned products, unless the return is because of company
error. Please be advised that fashion accessories, skincare, hair
care and make up products are non-returnable.
Original Orders Over $100: Merchandise returned in full or
partial will be assessed a $5.95 shipping charge, unless the total cost
of non-returned items remains over $100.
Discounts/Coupons: The amount refunded for returned items exclude
discounts/coupons.
Damaged/Wrong Shipment: Please call us at 1.888.617.2488 within
48 hours of receipt to submit a claim.
Cancelled Orders: Eligible for full refund, including S&H, if
cancelled prior to order fulfillment.
Refused Items: A 15% restocking fee and S&H will be assessed
accordingly.
Returned to Sender: A $5.95 S&H fee will be assessed unless it
was the result of our carrier's error.
Missed Scheduled Delivery: A $5.95 redelivery fee may apply if
reshipping is requested.
International Package Returns: A 15% restocking fee and any
additional S&H will be assessed accordingly.
Dangerous Goods: Certain items including fragrances, aerosols,
and nail polish are considered as dangerous goods by the US Department
of Transportation (DOT). We use Standard Ground (surface) delivery
method for these products. You are advised not to re-mail the contents
of the parcel via the Postal Service under US DOT-SP 9275 regulations.
Flammable substances contained in these packages may be mailed only by
consumers (the addressee) via surface transportation in accordance with
10.13. Full responsibility rests with the mailer to comply with all
postal non-postal statutes and regulations regarding mail. Information
regarding postal statutes, regulations, and mailing requirements is
available from you local Postmaster and at the Postal Service's mailing
standards website at pe.usps.com

| Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) |
| |
Follow the instructions below:
1. Email or call us to obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMA). We will
email you an RMA number and instructions for the return within 24-48
hours.
2. Securely package up the unused item(s) you wish to return or exchange
in the original packaging to ship your product. Fill out the approved
RMA form that has been emailed or provided to you and include it with
your return.
3. We recommend that you obtain a delivery confirmation number and
insure your returned package. We are not responsible for packages that
are lost or damaged in transit to our warehouse.
4. You need to send the item back prepaid by you within 14 days of
receiving it.
5. Write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
6. Mail your return to:

| Exchanges & Payment Refunds |
| |
| Exchanges are processed within 7 business days and refunds in 14
business days. S&H charge is non-refundable. Allow at least one complete
billing cycle for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.
We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Please
note that your financial institution may take approximately one billing
cycle to post your refund. If you have any questions about your return,
please contact Customer Care. |

| Damaged or Missing Items |
| |
| Claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing
items in your order) must be submitted within 24-48 hours of order
receipt. Contact Customer Care by email or call: 1.888.617.2488,
Monday-Friday 8am to 5:00pm Pacific Time. Please retain all packaging
material in case an inspection is necessary. |
